- What I'm wondering is why you would fly to Venus in the opposite direction going towards the Sun, slingshot around Venus, and then go back the opposite direction towards Saturn. Maybe they got the placement wrong. It's goes
The Sun>Mercury>Venus>Earth>Mars>Jupiter>Saturn>Uranus>Neptune. But now that I think about it I guess it would depend where their location in orbit is at that time.
