- can someone tell me if the wifi needs to be a secure wifi? i live in a apartment complex and there wifi is accessible to anyone, which it dosnt have a password but when i try to connect it to the camera it asks me for the wifi password and if i try to skip it and go to the home page , it says “connection error” i tried connecting it to my hotspot and it worked perfectly! please helpp me fix this issue im alone in my apartment and im scared

- On 2 different phones I download genie then it brings me to the Play store with that screen that has the game on it for when you're offline ....crap crap junk bull crap it's easy..ITS BROKE
- it needs 2.4 ghz while i have 5ghz do you know how convert?
- You didn't mention the QR scan. It's bn 2months trying my hardest to not stomp a hole in 📷 I hope this work.

- Do not waste your time, the camera I purchased would not read the QR code. Tried at least 12 times going through the entire process with 2.4 megahertz.

- I have this camera and turn on motion detection but it doesn’t notify me when I test the camera by waving in front of it

- Everything was going smooth until it asked me to scan a QR code from 8 inches away, been stuck on this shit forever and it wont scan the damn thing. my camera is F***ed up S**t.

- One won't sync and it doesn't do any auto connecting. Mine app displays a QR code but the camera won't see it.
